Airtable – New Actions & Triggers in Workflows

You can now connect Airtable directly to your workflows — making it easy to create, update, and sync records without needing webhooks.

✅ What’s New

Triggers (from Airtable → Optiro AI):

  • New Record – Fires when a new record is added to a table.

  • Updated Record – Fires when an existing record is updated.

Actions (from Optiro AI → Airtable):

  • Create Record – Add a new row in an Airtable table.

  • Update Record – Modify fields of an existing record.

  • Find Record – Search for a record by ID, email, or other criteria.

  • Delete Record – Remove a record from Airtable.

🚀 Why This Matters

This gives agencies a native way to:

  • Keep Airtable synced with Optiro AI leads, contacts, and campaigns.

  • Automate project and client data updates without third-party tools.

💡 Example Use Cases

Internal Notifications

  • A new record is created in Airtable → Optiro AI sends an internal email or Slack notification to the project manager.

Lead Syncing

  • A Facebook Lead Ad is submitted → Optiro AI checks Airtable.

  • If the lead exists → record is updated.

  • If not → a new record is created.

AI Content Generation

  • A new “Content Brief” record is added to Airtable.

  • Optiro AI sends it to GPT for caption generation.

  • A new ClickUp task is automatically created with the AI output.

🔌 How to Connect

  1. In Workflows, search for “Airtable.”

  2. Select a trigger or action → click Connect Now.

  3. Log in with your Airtable API key or OAuth.

  4. Or connect first via Settings → Integrations → Airtable.
